How can I renew my cancelled storage plan subscription
My storage plan expired, and I received an email shown below, stating that I should write to payments to renew my account. I have tried to renew with credit card and paypal the subscription, but it always rejects the payments. Does this mean that Zoho must allow the accounted to be "unblocked" to allow a new payment?
