How can I send an email to a private group?

Good evening,

I have created a personal group with 3 colleagues in my organization using this. How can I send an email to this group?
Lets say that the name of the group is 'IT Team'.
When I write in the 'To' field the 'IT Team' it does not show me the group in order to select it...
