Hi all, we are a growing small business and are using Zoho to create new customer information through incoming calls and THEN delegating these appointments to our engineers who carry out the work.
Can someone please tell me how, after I book an appointment with the customer that I can then add this appointment to the diary of our engineers and so that they get a notification about this?
Basically, it's important that our engineers know where and when to go and description of the job.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
