How can I set the "reply to" and "From" addresses for emails sent through Salesinbox and CRM

How can I set the "reply to" and "From" addresses for emails sent through Salesinbox and CRM

If I reply to incoming email within Salesinbox, compose a new email or send en email from say a Contact record, Zoho CRM uses the email address of the IMAP mailbox which is not what I want.

How am I able to set the "reply to" and "from" addresses to a mailbox of my own choosing?
