How can i Setup an auto-reply when clients reach us by email in Zoho Desk?

Hi,

I would like to setup an auto-reply so when people sent us an email, when the task is created we send a replay to their email for example: "thank you for reaching us, your issue will be fixed shortly".

I didn't find where i can set that, can you help me please?
