I have a project which a client user is assigned and has access to view. 

As an admin, manager myself I can see the Budget Status widget on my dashboard. How do I show this on my client user's dashboard?

We effectively have a retainer client, say with a set number of hours per month so it's really important for them to see how many hours they are using on a project.
