How can I stop sales & survey pop ups triggered when I compose emails (zoho mail)?

A couple days ago I got a notification regarding 'zoho notifications'. I assumed it was in relation to being notified about zoho products and updates. I clicked on OK and ever since I've been getting survey and sales popups and tabs opening every time I start a new email through the email browser (zoho mail). The second time is asked for permission I declined but it's still opening new tabs in my browser every time I start to compose an email through the crm. As a paid subscriber I feel like I'm continually being spammed and am finding this a nuisance and very unprofessional. There is no obvious way of stopping this from continuing. Please advise how this can be turned off and stopped.
