How can I turn off all spam filtering

Hi, 

I recently went looking for a missing email I was expecting and was quite frustrated to discover a number of important emails in my spam folder. In fact 23 emails in spam - not a single one of which is actually spam.

I checked both personal and organizational settings and all spam filters are turned off. Why are my emails still going to spam?

Please let me know if it is possible to remove all spam filters. If not, I sadly must leave Zoho. You provide a great solution and I am otherwise very happy with Zoho - but I cannot afford to have myself and my team miss important emails.
