How can I turn off the spam filter in my email?
I am new to Zoho and not all that technically savvy. I am using Zoho email to receive emails from people responding to an advert and to follow up on the enquiries. Nearly every single email I receive is going into spam. The only instruction I can find talks about white lists and black lists which are useless to me as I don't know who will be emailing me. I can't find any other instructions on how to manage the spam filter. I am perfectly happy stopping the filter all together if that is the easiest way to fix my problem. Can someone give me elementary instructions for what I need to do?
