How can I update a field in my CRM from a survey?
Hi,
I have leads that are created in my CRM.
I would like to automate a email or a survey to the lead to ask them if they would like a demo.
In the best case scenario, the lead would have 3 choices.
A) I would like a demo
B) I'm not ready now, please contact me later
C) Not interested, please do not contact me
When the lead would choose one of these options, the response would update a field in my CRM.
Then I would be able to add an automated process upon the choice the lead would make.
Is this possible? How would you do it?
