I have a small (for now) database to whom I promote my seminars, right now I am working with jotform for my registration forms and getresponse as my autoresponder to send out promotions and followups once a person does register to a seminar, but I have to do a campaign for each seminar and it is getting hard to keep track who has been to which seminar and this is very important to know because depending to which seminar they have been we promote the part 2 of the seminar.
So, my question is if I can use Zoho for any of this, I need to be able to have one list of contacts where me and my sales team can see to which seminars they have been or have registered to, and if possible, also update info and include transportation and hotel info (to say the least)
And on the other side of matters, see per seminar how many people do I have registered and to which hotels they are staying, this is not "that important" but if you have something we can work with too, would be great to know. but my main question is how to manage my contacts info.
