How can I view call details?

How can I view call details?

I have a completed call associated to a lead. When in that lead, I can't click on the call to view details of it - @the record I am trying to access is not available'. It says I either don't have permission to view it (I do - I created it) or it has been deleted (it hasn't). However, if I 'search' for the lead, and the call comes up as a 'results' option, I can view the call that way. How can I make it so that I can view the completed call details from within the lead itself?
