How can people connect to my virtual office

How can people connect to my virtual office

I am testing single user installation on my windows XP (local installation) after running it I have configured it as per my testing requirement, have further created & added users, but dont know how can users connect to my computer using internet connection (they are not on the LAN)

I have a cable modem connection & I guess that gives me dynamic IP. I checked at www.whatismyip.com which reports me as 61.246.XX.XXX

When I run ipconfig /all command I get to see as 192.168.1.2 as my IP.

So if anyone has to connect using internet from anywhere, what address do I have to give to the user so they can connect to my server.

Will it be like this http://61.246.XX.XXX/192.168.1.2:8080

Need help in this matter.
