HOW CAN SAVE FORMER EMPLOYEE DATA WITHOUT DELETING?

How can I save former employee data in zoho people without deleting them? I need to keep them for 5 years, but I dont want to use my license allotment with inactive former employees. Could you please let me know if there is an option for this?
