How can sheet view be forced to use CRM locale?

How can sheet view be forced to use CRM locale?

I set Zoho CRM locale in which decimal parts of values are separated by commas (in potentials). However, when I use sheet view button, these values are displayed with decimal part separated by dots, which makes this useless for mathematical operations (these values are recognized as text).

How can sheet view be forced to use CRM locale?
