How can you change the name that appears in the recipient's inbox?
Hi. I just signed up for email so I'm new to Zoho. When I send a message, the name that shows up in the recipient's inbox is the email alias that I used from my old email to sign up for this. I'm trying to move away from that ID, I want it to show my name when people receive an email from me. I've gone into my account and changed my name and nickname to my name, but when I send an email message my old email ID still shows up in the recipient's inbox. How do I change this??
