Concrete example : I have set up a POP3 account on my Zoho Mail, so I can fetch incoming emails sent to my @xx.com address.

I have also setup in CRM so that when I send emails from CRM (ex: from a Contact), the sender is my @xx.com address (the same as my Pop3 account).

The problem I have now is that in my "Emails" tab, I have 2 different acccounts, for the SAME address... One is the "CRM/Zoho account" (where I can find the emails I send from CRM) and the other is the Pop3 account i have setup (where I can find all the emails I receive).

=> how can I merge both, so that, when I send an email from CRM, it is saved in the Sent folder of my Pop3 account ?
