How can Zoho notify me using email on activities that I need to be reminded of?

To elaborate more on my query, I am a businessman who has a list of clients.  I just wanted to know if zoho CRM can help me keep track or remind me of my dealings with my clients, like when to collect from them, or when to replenish their stocks or even their birth dates. Can it notify my on a daily basis through my email or even mobile?
