accidently i have registered an email account (vodalo@vodalo.com)

i want it to be buh@vodalo.ru

as well as i want to activate an account zakaz@vodalo.ru that i have created but have no idea how activate it.

where i can dowload an instruction of how to use the accounts? please help!
