How to load a Rich Text Field with information that is already formatted as a table?

How to load a Rich Text Field with information that is already formatted as a table?

I am trying to upload information from a subform to be displayed in a Rich Text Field. Ideally, I want the information to be uploaded as a table within the RTF. Is there any way to do this? If not, how do I print the information to the RTF and also have the information printed as bold?
