How do I add a new zoho mail address in the zoho mail add in for crm?

How do I add a new zoho mail address in the zoho mail add in for crm?

I needed to simply change my username.  From searching this forum it appeared I had to just create a new zoho mail address which I did.

I am now trying to get the new zoho mail address I created to show up in my CRM.  I went to Pop accounts to try and set this up but wasnt able to get it to work.

How can I make my new zoho email address the default in the crm?  I've also tried adding the account in my settings and get "email account already exists".  The new address is my default for sending out of CRM but I cant get it to receive that mail?
