I went through the help files and couldn't find what I was looking for, but I'm happy to receive a link to the correct page if my question is answered there.
I work for a professional association (NGO) and we have two things our customers can "be": A member and/or certified.
They can be one, the other, both, or neither.
Under Membership there are also several levels:
- Student
- Educator
- Professional
- Corporate
All of which have their own dues amount.
With a member, we need to be able to track:
- Join Date
- Renewal Date
- Membership Level
- Membership ID#
- Whether they are actively a member or expired (including expired date).
For Certification, we need to track:
- Certification Date
- Certification Renewal Date
- Certification ID#
- Continuing Education Credits
- Whether they are actively certified or expired (including expired date).
For us, Leads would be people that are neither, or are one (or both) of the two but expired.
Customers would be someone who is one, the other, or both, and is active.
Right now I'm using Zoho One for my side hustle (that's the account I'm posting from) but if I can figure this stuff out, my day job organization will move over to Zoho One from our current CRM (which does what we need but very poorly).
Like I said, if my question is answered in a help file, I'm happy to just get a link and figure it out from there.
