I'm newer to zoho and still not sold on it.  How do I add events/an event to a contacts history.  

When certain events happen in CRM it is added to a timeline/history.  Can we add events to that timeline ourselves in anyway?  Hopefully zoho has a built in way but I would take anything, Including developing webhooks or other types of services?
