How do I add external email accounts?
Good Morning everyone!
I am still racking my brain about this Zoho email and my accounts. Possibly someone can help me out.
I use and subscribe to Zoho Email I also have the desktop version, mostly use the web based.
I have my Zoho email address that is used as mostly a 3rd option. My main email provider is Gmail by Google. Both my accounts that I use daily for personal and business everyday all day long are my main email accounts. I have been and want to add 2 of my Gmail accounts to Zoho, so I can have everything email in one spot i want to retrieve all my emails also send and receive through Zoho.
I have tried multiple times adding even just one of the Gmail accounts to my Zoho and seems like no matter what I do I cannot get them to work properly. Always an error while Zoho is trying to retrieve from the accounts.
I have changed ports, passwords, locations you name it not working!! To me I believe I went over every setup step over and over with both gmail accounts not just one.
Hopefully someone can help me out and finally I can get all of my emails in one spot.
