How do I add sales script and go from call to close?

I have been testing out several different crm products and my biggest issue is none of them are set up to go from a lead to a contact/call to a sale to client.

I need to be able to take the sale and process it through to the accounting program and track the order.

our company has a very short sales process; we call potential clients [leads] and either sell them on the spot or arrange to speak at a later time with the decision maker and then close the sale.  That is a very narrow look at the process but the reality is we contact and build custom fanpages for businesses usually having built a page in advance of contacting the prospect so the call outcome is either a paying client, a call back to speak with decision maker or not interested.

from what i have been able to determine i will probably need four to six different products/programs to handle these essential business procedures.

can someone please help me find the proper solution so i can hopefully use one system [maybe zoho] to go from a fresh lead to a new paying customer from one interface?
