How do I assign leads to different sales people?

How do I assign leads to different sales people?

I get lots of leads into my system is there a way I can assign different salespeople different leads.Also , Can I export my lead form too not just the leads in a csv file.Sometimes I share/sell leads with other companies and I would them to be able to integrate them back into Zoho.So it matches the lead form I use.I have lots of questions and answers on the form that is not normal contact data
