How do I assign multiple contacts in a company to one company and one lead?

How do I assign multiple contacts in a company to one company and one lead?

I am working with 3 contacts within one company that I'm currently in the analysis phase and preparing a proposal.  I'm new to Zoho CRM so I created an account for the company, and then aligned three people to the company.  Under companies, it shows as three companies.

What is the correct process to add a company with multiple people in that company?   Shouldn't it show up as one company?
