How do I associate meeting notes to multiple Contacts?

How do I associate meeting notes to multiple Contacts?

This seems like CRM-101, but all my searching has come up empty.  I see posts from a decade ago asking for this common and necessary feature; however, I have yet to find the answer in the affirmative.

How does one easily create meeting notes for a meeting with multiple contacts (e.g. Sally, Bob, and Sue at CompanyX) and have that note appear in all the Contacts?
