How do I automate adding e-mails to our CRM in an unpaid account via the BCC line of an e-mail?

Whenever I follow the steps it tells me I don't have the appropriate permissions despite being the "Super Admin."

I can't imagine we would have to pay for this -- we're a startup with two users at this point.
