How do i can recover the super admin password for ZOHO MAIL if i change my phone number?

Hi, I created an account in zoho mail for one customer under domain "demandatulesion.com". They lost the password for superadmin user and they need to recover this asap. Can you help me with this problem?. The account name is admin@demandatulesion.com. Thank you for your help.
Note: they don´t have the phone number registered in zoho mail to receive the recovery code.
