How do I change keywords in meta tags for the site?

I changed keywords on the home page SEO but google doesn't see them.
It still shows the original site keywords.
It seems like my home page is in the frame that google can't reach.
Please let me know how to fix it.
It is www.nutleyvision.com or Nutleyvision.zohosites.com
