How do I change my Zoho One Subscription to only mail subscription

Hy There! 
I'm trying to dowgrade my subscription from a Zoho ONE subscription to only mail subscription. My company has seased operations so I only want to keep one email address for the company. Only one User is still active and I want to change that User's subscription to an only mail subscription.
