How do I change the "From" name on my emails?

How do I change the "From" name on my emails?

Zoho email is sent using my real name. I need the name of my shop appear in the "From" line. 

For example, the mail account I created is contact@myshop.com.

I sent test emails, and they arrive from "Jane Doe". 

I need them to arrive from the sender "My Shop".

Where do I change that? I already changed the name on the mail account, it is not filtering through the the "from" field.
