There is an option to send an email directly from the CRM. Under my account I have two email addresses: a primary and a secondary. When I want to email the contact, my primary email address is set as the sender address with no way of changing it.

Also, while creating templates, I can choose primary email addresses for all the users only.

How do I set the secondary address?
