How do I choose/unselect some fields from Forms when integrating to Google Sheet?

How do I choose/unselect some fields from Forms when integrating to Google Sheet?

When I integrate my FORMS responses with Google Sheets, all fields are mapped.

I would like to unselect certain fields and not have them integrated into the Google Sheets.

Eg - Responders address, phone number, amount paid etc

How am I able to do this?
