How do I "connect" information in a custom module to the Accounts module?

How do I "connect" information in a custom module to the Accounts module?

I developed a custom module called "Machines" that lists the Manufacturer, Model Number and Type of Machine for each account. An account can have multiple machines of multiple types, for example:

3 Prima punch presses
1 Mitsubishi laser
5 Mitsubishi press brakes

How would I be able to show this information in the Account module so that our sales rep can see it when they look at the account information?
