Someone else on our project signed up for Zoho CRM 1 1/2 years ago and made some random customizations, and very little test data. I've also noticed that when I signed up for Zoho CRM recently on a different account that there were a number of more features, tabs, relationships, etc. that I would prefer to have.

 

So how do I take the current Zoho CRM that we have and start fresh, new? Is there a way to reinstall? I don't want to delete my entire Zoho account, just start over with CRM.
