I am new to Creator and have a fairly basic database application question but can't figure out how to do it on Creator. Typically in a program like Access, you can tie records together by a certain data field and then pull certain other data fields into a form or view without having to re-enter the same data every time you input a record. In my database "Contact Info", I have two fields, one - "contact" and field two - "phone number". Let's say I've created a view (not a report) that pulls data from the "Contact Info" database. How do I link the "contact" field (drop down) in the view to the "contact" field in the main form (database) so that the "phone number" will automatically populate in the view format? Thanks. Russell
