How do I create and find Customers in ZOHO CRM

Ok, I must be missing something. How do I pull up customers in ZOHO CRM. It seems that if you create a potential a lead becomes an account and there is easy access to the accounts which for me our my live prospects, but how do I pull up contacts that have closed deals, it seems that there should be a tab for customers as will as leads and accounts.
