Is this still the case? This is a very inefficient way of managing this. Why do we have this limit on our account in the first place is beyond me, but the fact that you can't manage the list to remove old contacts without having to wait for Support to do so is just horrible.

We are sorry that we currently do not have an option to manage the test email address from your end. However, we have this in our road map. Till the feature is released, you may write an email to us at "support(at)zohocampaigns(dot)com" with the list of email addresses needs to be removed. We can remove those email addresses from the back end.

The reported feature is yet to be implemented and we shall ask our team to expedite the process however you can send an email to support[at]zohocampaigns[dot]com by sharing the test email addresses which need to be removed so we can do it from our end.

We understand your concern. As mentioned above, our team is already checking for an alternate option to manage test email addresses from your end.
As of now test email addresses can be removed only from our end so kindly drop an email to support[@]zohocampaigns.com with the list of test email addresses you wish to remove so that we can check and proceed further.
