How do I delete an email address added to a test email recipient that is no longer needed due to resignation or other reasons?

Is this still the case? This is a very inefficient way of managing this. Why do we have this limit on our account in the first place is beyond me, but the fact that you can't manage the list to remove old contacts without having to wait for Support to do so is just horrible.

Thank you for posting.

We are sorry that we currently do not have an option to manage the test email address from your end. However, we have this in our road map. Till the feature is released, you may write an email to us at "support(at)zohocampaigns(dot)com" with the list of email addresses needs to be removed. We can remove those email addresses from the back end.

Thanks for posting!

The reported feature is yet to be implemented and we shall ask our team to expedite the process however you can send an email to support[at]zohocampaigns[dot]com by sharing the test email addresses which need to be removed so we can do it from our end.

We understand your concern. As mentioned above, our team is already checking for an alternate option to manage test email addresses from your end.

As of now test email addresses can be removed only from our end so kindly drop an email to support[@]zohocampaigns.com with the list of test email addresses you wish to remove so that we can check and proceed further.

Do I still need to contact the support for this after 2 years of the initial question?

If so, I don't think that it's such a complicated feature that it's taking more than 2 years for this.

We wish to notify you that we have provided an option to delete all the test email address from your end.

Kindly refer to the screenshot below.



Note: You cannot delete the user or sender address from the test email address list.

TBH - it really isn't a 'feature'. Can you advise please.

We regret to inform you that the new version of Marketing Automation does not currently offer the option to delete test email addresses from the UI. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback and will submit it to our product management team as a feature request.

Where did the delete button go for Marketing Campaigns so that you can send test emails?  I need to remove some people and it is not an option.

Thank you for your post!

You can delete a test email that has been added, provided the email address is not a verified sender address or a user in the account. Otherwise, it cannot be deleted.
