Hi there!

I have Contacts associated to Accounts. 

When a Contact leaves a company, how do I disable the contact without deleting them from our database?   

I do not want to delete the Contact because I want to retain all activities with that Contact but also don't want the Contact to be included in any mailings and simply want to identify who is active and who is not. Is there a way to do this without customizing the Contact module?
