How do I edit the Quick Entry Fields Layout?

How do I edit the Quick Entry Fields Layout?

When I am making a Quick Entry on the Vendor the layout is not correct, and I'd like to be able to fix it.


Currently its:

Street
State
City
Country
Zip Code

That's complete not correct for USA flow.

It should be:

Street
City
State
Zip Code
Country


I've had to a number of times, correct my own entries, because it's mislabeled.
