How do I enable "Other Fields" when customizing employee form?

How do I enable "Other Fields" when customizing employee form?

I need to customize the employee form but there is a red box at the top that says

"Other fields" have additional fields for customization. Disabled by default."


So it's disabled by default - how would I go about enabling these?
