How do I export, modify and reimport data to CRM?
We need to export all our Accounts probably once a month as we run them through an external system that updates certain fields, then we reimport them to update the records. In Salesforce on import we choose to update existing records. I just exported all accounts from Zoho and I kept just the Account ID and Account Name fields, then put sample data in a few other fields and then ran the import wizard. I got the email saying 1 record has been added successfully. When I check Zoho though all it did was create it as a duplicate record so now I have 2 of them. How do I import a file and update existing records vs creating new?
but again where is this option to check skip or overwrite? I don't see that option anywhere under import?
