How do I fetch data from a field in FormA to FormB with the criteria in both Forms?

How do I fetch data from a field in FormA to FormB with the criteria in both Forms?

-- I have Form A ( names and other info of SHOWS)
-- I have Form B ( names and other info of PROJECTS)
-- In Form B I have a field " name of show"
-- I want to have in Form A a list of all the projects that match the "name of show"
Can someone help?
