How do I fill out the fields in ZoHo Business email?

How do I fill out the fields in ZoHo Business email?

Hi,

Zoho business email showed up in my account after I requested it, thanks by the way, but I am confused on setting it up. What do I put for Email ID and the Email Account Name? Also am I correct to assume that the Email server information is so that I can bring other emails into this account or is this to go the other way and to dump zoho mail into my domain email account (I suspect you do not support setting MX records for my domain to forward email to Zoho business email, right)?
