I exported an excel file of a few pre-existing leads so I could use that format. We have many data fields, but only 10 are required for a lead to be saved. I filled out information for the required fields and left the optional fields blank. When I selected the file on the upload page and continued to the second part of upload - selecting columns/data fields on the document - I select the appropriate fields, click upload, and Zoho tells me that there are empty data fields and it can't upload the file. But the empty data fields are ones that aren't required. Also, Zoho uploading seems to have a default template of "company: column 4, first name: column 5, last name: column 6", and I tried uploading the file with all the empty data points and following that format; then I tried deleting all the empty fields and ignoring that data field part and only going by the column number and what the data was in the excel sheet (hopefully that makes sense).

So, is there a template??? is there another easy way to import a large number of leads?
