We currently have two types of layouts for accounts - "SQL Layout" & "Member Layout". Since we can't group multiple leads to a common point in Zoho, our work around is we now convert our leads after a demo to track all contacts associated with that company. When a deal is won, I have an automation running to switch the deal, account, and contacts to "Member Layout" so we can easily identify our actual active members.
However, this has of course messed with all my Zoho analytics regarding accounts.
I want to run a report showing the running total of active members we have. But this would need to be based off of WHEN an account's layout was switched to "Member Layout". I am fairly versed in Zoho Analytics, but I cannot manage to find a way to track the change time of the layouts.
I already had this report and relied on it heavily when all accounts were technically actual members since we only had converted leads when the lead was won. I had it based off of X Axis = Created time/ and Y Axis = ID Count(running total). But now accounts are created weeks before they become an actual member so created time does not work anymore.
Any help on this would be appreciated!! It is killing me not to have this report anymore!!
