How do I get emails which were sent to leads?

How do I get emails which were sent to leads?

Hi, I'm trying to get the emails via the Zoho API which were sent to leads, but I'm stuck. 

I searched the documentation and the forums for a hint to how this could be accomplished and also tried to adjust the API call like 

  1. https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Email/getRecords?authtoken=Auth Token&scope=crmapi...

Does anybody know how to get the emails?
