How do I get mail merge to produce ONE label for each Contact merged. I get one page of labels for each Contact selected.

How do I get mail merge to produce ONE label for each Contact merged. I get one page of labels for each Contact selected.

I set up a template (like the sample one) with 12 sets of addresses per page. But when I merge I get get a page full of labels for each contact.
